With over 35 years in the industry, Sébastien a true Burgundian, made his first legitimate wine in Volnay at the age of 16. Five years later, he took on a job to solo manage a 54 hectare Domaine in Languedoc-Rousillon, where he pruned endless rows of vines from dawn to dusk, in addition to producing 40,000 cases of the wine. From here, the tireless and driven Sébastien took his winemaking career across the pond to the USA, where he produced award wining wines on both coasts, with accolades from top critiques in countless competitions. Branching out in 2011, Sebastien offered his expertise and knowledge through his consulting firm and has been the catalyst for the success of dozens of top wineries throughout the nation. He has seen and done it all!

From Champagne, and plus 25 years experience, Jérome Barret is known in the industry as the international “Mr.Bubbles”. As a sparkling wine specialist, an innovative spark, and knowledgable of all things bubbly, Jérome assists his clients across the globe with producing the best possible sparkling.

As a sought after, veteran winemaker with +30 years of winemaking experience in some of the world’s most famous wineries, Isabelle has worked with dozens of brands, priding herself with creating wines that are well rounded and structured, while highlighting feminin nuances.

Originally from Montreal, since 2012, Isabelle has played a role in the creation of some of todays top wineries in the USA through land, vineyard, and winery acquisitions. She possesses a rare quality of understanding both the complex wine industry and of applying her creative acumen and vision to her projects. Isabelle is a broker in Oregon’s Wine Country with Cascade Hasson Sotheby’s International Realty, with connections worldwide for acquisitions and sales across the globe.
