With over 35 years in the industry, Sébastien a true Burgundian, made his first legitimate wine in Volnay at the age of 16. Five years later, he took on a job to solo manage a 54 hectare Domaine in Languedoc-Rousillon, where he pruned endless rows of vines from dawn to dusk, in addition to producing 40,000 cases of the wine. From here, the tireless and driven Sébastien took his winemaking career across the pond to the USA, where he produced award wining wines on both coasts, with accolades from top critiques in countless competitions. Branching out in 2011, Sebastien offered his expertise and knowledge through his consulting firm and has been the catalyst for the success of dozens of top wineries throughout the nation. He has seen and done it all!

Born in 1970, Jerome BARRET graduated from REIMS UNIVERSITY (Diplome National d’Oenologue) in 1994 and from the LYCEE VITICOLE D’AVIZE in 1989 (BTS Viticulture Oenologie). He has been involved in the winemaking business since 1989. Wines is his passion, but he loves to exchange around it, and to discover new countries and new cultures. She possesses a rare quality of understanding both the complex wine industry and of applying her creative marketing and branding acumen and vision to her projects. She is solution-oriented, and goal-driven with an authentic ability to connect with people. Isabelle assists WCF partners with client projects, and is a broker in Oregon and Virginia Wine Country with Sotheby’s International Realty. She is a member of Sotheby’s respected Farm, Ranch & Vineyard division, and her portfolio includes worldwide connections in acquisitions and sales across the globe.

Bryan has a passion for viticulture, particularly with the soils that nourish the roots of the vines, and he is an important asset for anyone considering vineyard plantation. As Senior Vice President for ECS Mid-Atlantic, a Professional Engineer registered in several states and the District of Columbia, and a Licensed Professional Soil Scientist, Bryan has more than 35 years of soil and site evaluation, geotechnical engineering, management, and leadership experience. Whether the need is vineyard soil and site selection services or full site soil studies, Bryan’s analysis identifies and characterizes soil composition and layer components that will assist in evaluating vineyard viability and soil properties.
